The Super Screen utilizes a gyratory design, allowing for greater screening speeds and larger strokes than conventional sifters and screeners. It has the same aggressive screen action that enables all BM&M screens to achieve high capacities and efficiencies. BM&M’s Super Screen was built as a flexible design for all industries. The stroke, speed, and slope can be engineered for each application.

Eliminate Blinding
BM&M’s speed and stroke generate a higher G-Force resulting in a stronger horizontal acceleration that effectively eliminates blinding. Ball Decks are included as standard options with the Superscreen. The motion of the screen will propel the captive balls to strike the underside of the screen element and dislodge particles.
Quick Element Changes
The screen tensioning system assists in quick element changes. End screen access has saved BM&M customers 50% on their screen change down time.
Product Options
Aspiration Ports
Most SuperScreens can be optioned with aspiration ports to remove dust and other light material. The aspiration feature efficiently removes unwanted, lightweight particles from the product stream.
CamLoc Screen Clamping System
The BM&M CamLoc system is a unique combinations of product seal and a screen element hold-down system. The CamLoc system allows for the quick removal of an element. The system includes an o-ring contact surface onto the element. This o-ring provides positive side sealing for the screen, which improves efficiency and reduces maintenance.
Installation
BM&M Supplied Stand
The Super Screen can be floor-mounted using a support stand designed for the specific machine.
Existing Structure
Because the Super Screen suspension system has low to no vibration, the machine can be mounted directly to a structural steel framework using custom-length hangers assemblies.
