Training
- Ensure your employees know how to keep your Rotex and BM&M equipment operational and performing optimally, eliminating downtime and increasing production.
- Conducted in classrooms and hands-on at your screeners.
- Covers topics including system components, machine operation, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Commissioning Assistance
- An on-site installation inspection prior to machine start-up including a detailed report of necessary action items gives you confidence that your equipment will perform optimally with no structural or machine damage.
- Training for plant employees to ensure proper operation of your equipment. (See “Training” section for details.)
- Rotex Group does not offer machine installation services. Our pre-operation inspection is performed after machine installation.
Predictive Maintenance Assessment
- An in-depth screener inspection.
- Covers general machine operation and performance, recommendations for component repairs, replacements, and upgrades, a review of the maintenance program, and a detailed report of the inspection.
- Gives you essential data for maintaining optimal operation of your screener.
Repair Supervision
- Repair and replacement supervision ensures proper installation and avoids additional issues or downtime. You’ll rest assured that the job was done right!
- Customers are required to provide manpower and equipment required for the repair. Rotex Group provides supervisory assistance only.
General Troubleshooting
- Equipment inspection and assessment to ensure proper diagnosis and identify optimal solutions when issues arise with the operation of your screener, separator, or sifter.
